(a) whether the Government had launched the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana;

(b) if so, the salient features thereof along with the expenditure likely to be incurred on the Yojana;

(c) whether Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme is proposed to be merged with this Yojana

; and (d) if so, the details thereof?
