ANSWER

(a & b) A study conducted by United States Census Bureau and Boston Consulting Group has estimated that by 2020, whole world will have shortage of approimately 56.5 million skilled manpower, whereas India will have surplus of approimately 4 million. The population in developed countries including China is ageing and therefore, India will have advantage of demographic dividend.

(c to f) Only approimately 6 lakh persons including youth immigrate overseas every year while as per the results of survey conducted by National Sample Survey Office (NSSO) during 2009-10 youth work force is about 141 million which constitutes around 30% of total work force implying that large number of youth are domestically employed.
